THE ISLAND IS WAKING UP … SO ARE WE!

There's something wonderful about Antigua at this time of year - a real sense of anticipation.

After a few sleepy summer months, English Harbour is slowly waking up. The restaurants are reopening, familiar faces are returning, the yachts are on their way and everyone's asking the same all-important questions: who's back, what's new and, perhaps most importantly, where shall we go for lunch?

With the Antigua Charter Yacht Show just around the corner and another fabulous Caribbean season ahead, there's plenty to get excited about.

I'll be sharing my favourite places, island discoveries, restaurant news and the occasional bit of local gossip along the way.

The season is almost here — and frankly, I can't wait!
